Alp is a great ambassador of his own services. Great customer service and knowledge is amazing. He made me comfortable in what he was suggesting as a solution to my heating and hot water and that’s not even mentioning his work ethic and ability to create tidy and very impressive work. His final work was fantastic. Words cannot explain how this guy works. So passionate about how it looks and that’s before he’s even fired up his newly installed system. Our boiler needed to be replaced and a new unit installed. Alp was extremely helpful with me and I had multiple quotes before we decided on the final choice. At each stage of the process Alp communicated clearly with me and was incredibly responsive, checking that every detail was correct.
On the day Alp arrived promptly first thing in the morning and began the job with a smile and an immense work ethic. I was blown away by how hard he worked and how knowledgeable he was. Every one of my questions (which were out of interest more than anything) were answered with clarity and with a high level of expertise.
Alp was simply outstanding. I can’t recommend him highly enough and will not hesitate to use him again and ensure my friends and family enlist his services. I am so thankful for his work and of course, the boiler works incredibly well and has made such a difference to our lives already. Thank you so much.

Recently I used this company for a new boiler installation together with several other services including new radiators, taps and removal of old water tank in loft.
Prior to starting work I had a visit in which the engineer thoroughly explained my options with a good cost effective solution.
The engineer was very punctual and professional, always arriving on time and taking care and pride in the quality of work he produces.
I was very impressed how tidy and organised the work was carried out, making sure any mess was cleaned and removed before moving onto the next task.
Overall using Eco Heating Services was a great experience, which I would highly recommend to anyone.

Eco Heating Services gets a 5 star rating from me. The company is extremely reliable and was able to come out to me on a few occasions where my shower and bathroom tap and toilet had issues. Not just fixing the issue but suggesting long term/ permanent solutions to avoid these things happening in the future. It’s really hard to find trusted utilities services and to get value for money, but with Eco I felt that my home was in very good hands and the service was friendly, reliable and meticulous. We’ll be looking to upgrade our bathroom soon and I wouldn’t think of calling any other company.
